Find out how you can get information about accessing the festival, our venues and ways in which we can support everyone to enjoy the festival events.

We are committed to making the festival as welcoming and accessible as possible for everyone.

Accessing Venues

We use a variety of venues across rural and coastal locations. Access details for each venue are available on our Venues page, and venue information is clearly linked within the individual event listing on the What’s On guide.

If you’re unsure whether a venue or event will meet your needs, please contact us in advance — we’re happy to talk things through.

Accessible Parking

The festival takes place in small communities and pop-up spaces. Parking can be limited at many of our festival venues. We will try and provide as much information as possible on our Venue pages, but please do contact the team if you have any questions.

Requesting Assistance

During the booking process, you’ll have the option to tell us about any access requirements, including seating or additional support. Our team will share this information with event staff to help ensure your visit runs smoothly.

When you arrive, please make yourself known at the box office or reception so we can assist you.

BSL & Audio Description

BSL interpretation and Audio Description will be available for selected performances. These will be clearly indicated within the programme and event listings when announced.

Essential Companion / Personal Assistant Tickets

We offer free essential companion tickets for those who may find access or support needs a barrier to event attendance. See our Booking Information for more details.

Content Guidance Warnings

Most of our events are accessible to all and we aim to ensure the content of the festival is suitable for a wide range of audiences. Our event listings offer information about what to expect from each performance. Should an event include highly sensitive content or have potential for health-issues (such as strobe lighting), we will highlight this in the event information.

Please note that we may not always be able to identify all potential content guidance warnings in advance of events, so please contact our team if you have any concerns.
