Universal Hall

Nestled within the Findhorn Ecovillage, the Universal Hall stands as a living testament to human creativity, spiritual vision, and architectural ingenuity. Between 1974 and 1984, community builders crafted this iconic structure-hand-built with loving intention, using natural materials and ecological building practices.

The Universal Hall provides wheelchair and step-free access via a side entrance located by the Phoenix Café. While the main auditorium and foyer are accessible, please note that there is no ramped access to the basement level (Dance Studio). Accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities are available on the ground floor.

There is no private car park at the hall itself. Free parking is available along “The Runway,” the main thoroughfare of the Park Ecovillage, located a short walk from the venue. Dedicated disabled parking spaces for Blue Badge holders are situated near the hall. For busy festival events, parking attendants are often on-site to direct traffic.
