Magical window artwork displays to light up Forres during the festival!
Following on from a successful Window Wanderland in 2021, the town centre of Forres will once again be awash with light, colour and creativity. Window Wanderland is an award-winning project, which invites communities to transform streets into magical outdoor galleries.
Join us for an opening night celebration and explore the fabulous window-based artworks created by local people, schools, community groups and local artists around our festival themes of nature and the natural world, connection and belonging.
There will be projections from Arts in Motion, busking from local and visiting musicians with ‘walkabout’ performers animating our High Street.

Households, community groups, families, businesses and schools are invited to create window-based artworks around the festival themes of nature and the natural world, connection and belonging.
Taking part is free. All ages are welcome to participate. We have a limited number of free material packs for households, which are available from local Forres businesses, The Bike Bothy and Under the Leaves.
