Buff and Sheen redefine good, clean fun. Two bumbling window cleaners arrive in a flurry of colour, humour, dance, ladder acrobatics and a healthy dose of slapstick. Through a series of hilarious interactions – and a LOT of soapy suds – the duo (eventually) get the windows sparkling, celebrating their success with unforgettable ladder dancing once they’ve finally mastered the squeegee. Sometimes, they even need a little help from the audience to get the job done!
The work explores “touch without touching,” using dance and imagination to permeate the glass barrier. Through absurd flights of fancy and playful audience participation, they not only dazzle the windows but also transform familiar spaces – restoring a sense of connection, joy and wonder in the world around us.
