Family

Set on the edges of the ancient forest and underneath the shade of an ancient oak tree at Darnaway, bring the family to experience ‘an exquisite re-telling of one of Scotland’s oldest poetic gems’, The Buke of the Howlat written by James Robertson, and told by storyteller Douglas Mackay.

Inspired by the story and led by Karin Collins of Naturally Useful, you will create with your children their own piece of artwork which will form part of the set for The Buke of the Howlat outdoor theatre production.

This is an outdoor workshop so please dress for being outside and bring snacks and refreshments. Workshops will last up to 3 hours.
Meeting point: Timber Yard, Conicavel. We will contact you with a map and exact directions before the workshop dates.
